Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 medium onion, chopped
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1/2 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked rice

Preparation

Gather tender young poke leaves early in the morning ,while the dew is still on, and gather a large shopping bag full.
Pick over and wash through 3 waters.
Place in a kettle with one or two cups of water, a piece of salt pork or bacon drippings.
Bring to a good boil and when poke wilts down into the water, reduce heat and cook slowly until tender.
