Round Steak Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak, 1-inch thick
    meat tenderizer
    flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1 small onion, sliced
    3 to 4 potatoes, quartered
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with tenderizer then pound steak.
    Cut into serving pieces.
    Salt and pepper, roll in flour and brown well on both sides.
    Place in baking dish.
    Place potatoes on top of meat. Dilute mushroom soup with water.
    Add onion and pour over potatoes and meat.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Prepare a tossed green salad and you have an easy and tasty meal.
