Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Kraft caramels
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, nuts, margarine and 1/2 can of evaporated milk together until moist.
    Pat 1/2 of mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes. Melt caramels and remaining evaporated milk in saucepan.
    Pour over the chocolate mixture.
    Add remaining cake mixture by sprinkling over top.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Refrigerate to cool and then cut into bars.
