Fried Rice Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 c. rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef or chicken broth
    water
    1 tomato, chopped or 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add rice and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until rice is brown.
    Add water to broth to make 2 cups; add to rice.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add tomato or tomato soup; continue cooking until all liquid is absorbed.
