One Bowl Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. (3 1/2 oz.) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
    Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
    Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
    Remove from baking sheets immediately.
    Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
