Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into pieces
    4 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 c. cocoa powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    To prepare, melt butter and cheese over low heat, stirring often.
    Sift together sugar and cocoa; pour cheese mixture over dry ingredients.
    Mix with heavy duty mixer or by hand.
    Add vanilla and nuts; mix well.
    Pour into a 15 x 10-inch pan.
    Chill; cut into pieces.
    Makes 5 pounds.
