Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Mix the herbs and spices together in a bowl.
Set aside.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over low heat.
Add spice mixture.
Stir well.
Simmer 4 to 5 minutes to mellow the flavors. Put nuts in bowl and pour the spice mixture over them.
Toss well.
Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Stir with wooden spoon once or twice.
