Tangy Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples
    1 c. raisins/currants
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    1/2 c. plain yogurt/mayo
    2 Tbsp. apple cider/juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Core and dice apples.
    Toss apples, raisins, cabbage, celery and bell peppers.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix with salad.
    Makes six servings.
