Carrot Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 small can pineapple, drained
    2 jars Junior baby carrots (6 years old)
    1 tin Angel Flake coconut or 1 1/3 c.
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Bake in greased sheet tin at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
