Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk, scolded
5 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs until yolks and whites are blended. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add milk slowly stirring constantly. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake in hot oven at 400
until inverted knife comes out clean.
