Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. Caro tomatoes
    12 oz. tomato paste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. basil
    10 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked, rinsed and drained
    3 c. cottage cheese/Ricotta cheese mix
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation
    Brown the meat. Add the next 5 ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Combine the cheese mix, eggs, Parmesan cheese, pepper and parsley.
    Place 1/2 the noodles in
    a 9 x 13-inch pan, 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/2 Mozzarella, then 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
