Annie'S Sherry Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. half and half
1 c. pecan halves
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook sugar, sherry and half and half to soft ball (236\u00b0) stage when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat; add butter and pecans. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes; beat until mixture begins to thicken. Drop by tablespoon onto buttered wax paper or foil. If mixture gets too thick to drop before all is spooned out, set over blaze just until it is soft enough to drop.
