Braised Caraway Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) center cut pork low chops
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
    1 c. each chopped onions and sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. each caraway seed and salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    On rack in broiling pan, broil chops, turning once until rare.
