Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    yolks of 2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    All ingredients must be cold.
    Add salt and vinegar to egg yolks and beat well.
    Add oil slowly, beating constantly, until all of oil has been added.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Use in place of regular mayonnaise.
