Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Blend thoroughly and pour into 2 prepared 9-inch pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
