Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. assorted fresh vegetables (your choice)
1/2 c. salad or olive oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. each: dried thyme and basil
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. each: dry mustard, salt and garlic salt
Preparation

Combine vegetables in quart jar.
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate jar.
Shake vinegar to blend.
Pour over vegetables 4 hours or overnight.
Shake jar several times to coat top of veggies with marinade.
