Creamed New Potatoes With Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 small new potatoes (unpeeled)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, boil new potatoes in water just until tender;
    drain and keep warm.
