Tuna Tot Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cans tuna, drained
1 can peas, drained
1/2 lb. Tater Tots
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Combine green pepper, onion and oil in a 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cook in microwave on High for 2 minutes or until green pepper and onion are tender.
Blend in soup, milk, mushrooms, tuna and peas.
Top with Tater Tots.
Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top of casserole and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until melted.
