Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 medium onion, grated
    butter to season
    6 crushed Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Stew squash until done.
    Add all ingredients, except cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
    Remove cover and top with grated cheese and let melt.
    Serve hot.
