Candy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 Granny Smith apples, cubed with skins
12 oz. crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
8 oz. Cool Whip
3/4 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation

Mix together pineapple, apple cider vinegar, flour, sugar and egg.
Put in saucepan and heat until thick.
Add cooled mixture to apples.
Then add Cool Whip and peanuts.
Mix well.
Can be made a day ahead.
