Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. white chocolate
    1 Tbsp. peppermint extract
    1 drop green food coloring
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with 1 cup sweetened condensed milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Spread 1/2 mixture into wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan.
    Chill 10 minutes.
