Chicken Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat and stir in broth and milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and stir in sherry.
    Sauce is now ready for use.
