The Black-Eyed Pea'S Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. medium, yellow squash
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 oz. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs (for topping)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut off tips of squash and cut each squash into 3 to 4 pieces.
    Cook in a small amount of water until tender; drain and mash.
