Shrimp Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2/3 c. onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. consomme
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute shrimp in 6 tablespoons margarine.
    Remove shrimp and reserve.
    Add remaining 2 tablespoons margarine, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add flour.
    Stir in consomme, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dill and salt.
    Simmer 2 minutes. Add sour cream.
    Add shrimp.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Serve over rice and noodles.
    Serves 8.
