Potato And Egg Dish(Usa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Fry over medium heat in bacon drippings until tender.
    Beat eggs and pour over potatoes.
    Cook until eggs set.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 2.
    For each extra person, add 2 potatoes and one egg.
