Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
8 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Reserve juice.
Mix juice, sugar, flour and 1/3 of the cheese to make a sauce.
In 1 quart buttered baking dish, layer pineapple, 1/3 of cheese, and the sauce.
Stir crumbs with melted butter.
Spread over casserole.
Top with remaining 1/3 cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
