Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix until crumbly the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon.
    Press 1/2 mixture into a greased pan.
    Cover this mixture with the diced rhubarb.
    Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and vanilla; cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over the rhubarb. Top with the remaining crumbs; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
