Creamy Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 sq. chocolate or 6 Tbsp. cocoa plus 2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat milk and chocolate on low.
When chocolate is melted, beat until smooth.
Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Gradually stir into milk and chocolate and cook 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla and serve hot or cold.
Real good over ice cream or cake.
