Baked Chicken-N-Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    4 medium size potatoes
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Wash chicken; put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cut up in wedges and wash potatoes, with or without peel.
    Put in pan.
    Sprinkle spices over top.
    Add oil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
