Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 small jars strained baby carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix together the eggs, sugar, carrots and pineapple.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in a 10 x 14-inch pan (greased and floured).
