Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. ice water
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
    Cut oil into dry mixture until consistency of corn meal.
    Beat 1 egg well. Add vinegar and ice water.
    Stir this mixture into dry ingredients.
    Makes 3 large shells.
    Dough can be frozen.
