Potatoes Chantilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine mashed potatoes, butter, salt and pepper in mixing bowl; beat until fluffy.
    Place in greased 1 1/2-quart deep casserole dish.
    Spread whipping cream over the top; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
