Apricot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) jar apricot baby food
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix until well blended.
    Pour into a well-greased and floured pan (10-inch tube or Bundt pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Yields one 10-inch cake.
