Mock Pierogi Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes lasagna noodles
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. oleo
    2 large onions
    3 or 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    white American cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Cook potatoes until done; drain and put 2 packages cream cheese in right away. Start mixing and add more cream cheese as needed.
    Melt butter and put in sliced onions; brown until tender.
    In large 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, put onions and butter on bottom of dish, then noodles, cheese and potato mixture and keep alternating layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
