Chicken Chalupas(Student Favorite) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
chalupa tortillas, chopped lettuce and tomatoes
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in margarine until tender.
Add chicken meat, cut in small pieces.
Stir in sour cream.
Sprinkle cheese on top and simmer in covered skillet until cheese is melted. Serve over chalupa tortillas and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
