Rita'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted cake flour (you can use regular flour, but take out 2 Tbsp. per c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together 3 times the flour, baking powder and salt.
    In separate bowl, cream together until fluffy the butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs to creamed mixture and beat thoroughly.
    Add dry ingredients and milk alternately in small amounts.
    Pour into tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
