Mustard-Broiled Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flounder fillets
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Place flounder fillets in a single layer on a lightly greased broiler pan.
    Brush fillets lightly with oil.
