Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/2 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing (dark red)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    water
Preparation
    Put chicken in baking dish.
    Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with small amount of water.
    Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
