Cheese And Shrimp Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked
    1 1/3 c. precooked rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook green peppers and onions in butter until tender not brown.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes and cook until thickened.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add shrimp and heat.
    Combine rice, water and salt; cook as directed.
    Serve shrimp mixture with hot rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
