Hot Cucumber Soup(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green onions with tops, sliced (2 Tbsp.)
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. fresh dill weed or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1/2 large cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded and sliced (2/3 c.)
Preparation
    In a saucepan saute green onions in butter until tender.
    Add broth and dill weed.
    Bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes.
    Add cucumber; simmer 2 to 3 minutes, until tender-crisp.
