Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    garden fresh combo
    4 Tbsp. margarine, butter or oil
    4 c. sliced zucchini or summer squash
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 celery stalk, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    2 medium tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine all ingredients except the tomatoes and cheese. Cover loosely and cook about 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add tomatoes and cheese; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve immediately.
