Mexican Chicken(Serves 6 To 8 People) - cooking recipe

7 to 8 skinless chicken breasts
chopped jalapenos (optional)
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 large block Velveeta cheese, grated
1 \"big size\" tortilla chip rounds
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Boil chicken until white. Add 2 1/2 teaspoons salt. Cut chicken in halfway lengthwise and then into thirds widthwise. Spread evenly into baking pan(s).
