Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation

Add sugar and salt to beaten eggs.
Add milk slowly and vanilla, beating well.
Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Then reduce to 200\u00b0 and bake until light brown.
