Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. canned corn
Preparation

Sift flour; add baking powder and salt.
Combine egg yolks, paprika and corn.
Add flour a little at a time, beating until smooth.
Fold in egg whites.
Drop from teaspoon into deep fat and fry approximately 2 minutes.
Serve hot with syrup.
