Easy Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. rapid yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 beaten egg
1 c. \"tap\" hot water
Preparation

Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar in bowl.
Cut in butter using pastry blender.
Add the egg and then the water.
Mix together until dough leaves sides of bowl.
Knead on floured surface for 5 minutes.
Let rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
Roll out 12 x 17-inches.
Spread with 1 stick of butter.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar (lots) raisins and nuts also.
Roll up. Slice 1 inch and place on greased pan.
Squash each slice.
Let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
Frost if desired.
