German Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. potatoes, halved (4 medium)
3 slices bacon
1 medium chopped onion (1/2 c.)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Heat 1 inch salted water until boiling.
Add potatoes.
Reduce heat.
Cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain and cool.
