Baked Mussels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 doz. mussels in shell
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chopped dill
1 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices lean bacon
Preparation
-
Select large fresh mussels with closed shells.
Scrub shells; rinse and remove beards.
Discard any mussels that float.
