Flan(Baked Custard) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Caramel Custard Syrup:
    Before preparing custard, heat 1/2 cup sugar in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour mix in cups and let harden, then pour custard mixture.
