Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes, diced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin powder
    1 onion, finely diced
    1 jalapeno, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss tomatoes, onion and garlic.
    Add chopped jalapeno to tomato mixture with parsley.
    Toss with vinegar and mix with salt, pepper and cumin.
    Chill.
    Makes 3 cups.
