Cool Rise White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour (instant blending or regular)
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. or cakes yeast (active dry or compressed)
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Rinse a large bowl with warm water before using (water should be warm on wrist).
    Sprinkle yeast into 1/2 cup warm water in bowl until dissolved.
    Add milk, sugar, salt and margarine.
    Stir in 2 cups of flour and beat with rotary beater until smooth (1 minute). Add remaining flour to make a soft dough which leaves sides of bowl.
    Turn out on a floured board and knead until smooth and elastic (about 5 to 10 minutes).
    Cover with plastic wrap, then a towel and let rest for 20 minutes.
    Punch down.
    Divide in half. Roll with a rolling pin each portion to an 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Roll longways towards you, sealing in the sides.
    Place in 2 greased loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch).
    Brush dough with oil.
    Cover pans with wax paper for 2 to 24 hours in refrigerator. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature.
    Punch air bubbles.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Remove and brush with butter.
